From the high dunes above Duck Harbor Beach, this painting looks north across Cape Cod Bay toward the curve of the Outer Cape toward Provincetown. This is one of my favorite views on the Cape, so I decided to paint it again, though from a slightly different angle and at a different tide than the previous one. You have to be very careful hiking the narrow "social trail" to this point because much of it is lined with very healthy and overhanging poison ivy.
